Do I need an appointment?

Yes. I work by appointment so I'm fully available when you arrive. Booking takes about two minutes using the form on the Start Here page. If you would rather I came to you and picked your collection up, there is a card on that same page for it, and Wednesdays are the days I keep for the road.
