How do final files get delivered to the firm and the heirs?

By default I deliver on a private download link that expires after 30 days, with a labelled USB stick if you want one. For estate files where several heirs need a copy, I can load one for each of them, or set up a private family viewing link that does not require an account. A large collection comes on a portable hard drive rather than a stick, and I will say which before anything is handed over. The firm gets the master copy and the itemized inventory for the file.
